Warranty Pro Rata Calculations
All calculations will be based on the date of tire
manufacture or the date of purchase. If using date of purchase as basis for
service time, the consumer must supply the original proof of purchase. After the “No
Charge”
period, pro rata replacement tire charges are calculated as follows:
Workmanship and Materials Coverage
Service Time Replacement Tire Charge to Consumer Agricultural Up to 1 Year No Charge During 2nd Year 20% Charge During 3rd Year 35% Charge During 4th Year 50% Charge During 5th Year 70% Charge To determine the replacement price to the consumer,
the pro rata percentage charge is multiplied by the CT&W Tire dealer’s current selling
price on an equivalent CT&W Tire. Appropriate taxes, mounting, or other service
charges will be added to the replacement price, which is the responsibility of the consumer. 9. CT&W makes no express claims of expected tire
wear. Variables that effect tire wear include service and soil conditions, as well as load
and tire inflation pressures. To obtain warranty adjustments or warranty
information contact your CT&W dealer or call CT&W’s Customer Care Unit at 1.800.260.7959 in
