Workmanship & Materials Warranty

Carlisle Tire & Wheel (“CT&W”) warrants, subject to the terms, conditions
and limitations stated herein, tires to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship.
CT&W’s liability for tires and wheels shall be limited to replacement of any
defective tire or wheel plus applicable taxes.

1. This warranty applies to the original consumer of the CT&W product(s) for a period
of five (5) years from the date of purchase or from the date of tire manufacture.
(Proof of purchase must be provided by consumer if using date of purchase as
basis for service time.)
2. This warranty
DOES NOT cover incidental or consequential damages, including, but
not limited to, lost time, lost wages, inconvenience, loss of equipment use, cost of
service work or transportation, related property damage, personal injury or conse
quential damages of any type or nature.
3.
What is warranted? This warranty applies to CT&W brand Front Farm, Implement,
and Rear Tractor Tires, purchased after 06/30/08. (Skid Steer Tires are covered
under our Specialty Tire Warranty). If any tire becomes unserviceable due to
defective workmanship or materials, (conditions which may be within CT&W’s
control), CT&W will replace the defective product with an equivalent new CT&W
Tire on a pro rata basis.
4. This warranty is void if a covered tire is worn past 3/32” of Tread depth at any point
on the tread contact surface.
5. Any tires submitted for ride condition, issues must be presented by the consumer
within the first six (6) months of service if accompanied by Proof of Purchase.
6. This warranty

charges.

Warranty Pro Rata Calculations

All calculations will be based on the date of tire manufacture or the date of
purchase. If using date of purchase as basis for service time, the consumer must
supply the original proof of purchase.
After the “
No Charge” period, pro rata replacement tire charges are
calculated as follows:

Workmanship and Materials Coverage

Service Time Replacement Tire Charge to Consumer
Agricultural
Up to 1 Year No Charge
During 2nd Year 20% Charge
During 3rd Year 35% Charge
During 4th Year 50% Charge
During 5th Year 70% Charge
To determine the replacement price to the consumer, the pro rata percentage charge is
multiplied by the CT&W Tire dealer’s current selling price on an equivalent CT&W Tire.
Appropriate taxes, mounting, or other service charges will be added to the replacement
price, which is the responsibility of the consumer.
9. CT&W makes no express claims of expected tire wear. Variables that effect tire wear
include service and soil conditions, as well as load and tire inflation pressures.
To obtain warranty adjustments or warranty information contact your CT&W dealer or
call CT&W’s Customer Care Unit at 1.800.260.7959 in the USA or 1.800.265.6155 in
Canada. Claims must be made within thirty (30) days of discovery of defect.

CT&W reserves the right to inspect all products before making adjustments.
